Near real-time analytics for your patrons.

They see what each machine is set to pay back, and what it has actually paid back, on their own phone, inside your gaming room.

Today The record, read. Every machine keeps count of every game. Now the room can read it.

  1. 1890s Card drums. Five drums of playing cards dealt a poker hand. Hence ‘poker machine’, then ‘pokie’.
  2. 1910 Fruit and the bar. Fruit flavours reach the reels; a gum packet becomes the bar.
  3. 1970s The screen. Video screens arrive, and buttons take over from the lever.
  4. Today The record, read. Every machine keeps count of every game. Now the room can read it. On the phone: 92.3% paid back, set 91.4%, 7,647 spins.

The machine keeps count. The patron’s phone reads it.

The patron’s page

See what patrons see.

Every machine gets its own page: what it is set to pay back, what it actually paid back, and how many spins that rests on.

The figures describe the past. They never predict the next spin.

A web page on the room’s own network, not an app. It opens on any phone with a camera and needs nothing installed.

A sticker on every machine

Scan it and that machine’s page opens.

Set and actual return

What it’s built to pay back, beside what it actually paid back.

Near real-time

Figures every few minutes; machine status every minute.

Performance graphs and spins

How each machine is measured: RTP, jackpots, play/win, spins, average bet and volatility.

Six timeframes

From the past hour to the past 30 days.

Multiple languages

Patrons can switch every screen to another language.

Find a machine

Search, sort, or use the room map to see what’s free.

A break reminder

After 30 minutes in the room, the page offers a break.

Nothing kept

No account, no history, no notifications.

IIFAQ

The ones every gaming manager asks first.

01Does it connect to the machines?

No. It reads scheduled exports from your venue’s gaming system through the day, the same system your morning report comes from. It never touches a machine.

02Can patrons see it from home?

No. The figures answer only on the gaming-room Wi-Fi, from a box with no public address.

03Is there an app to install?

No. It is a web page on the room’s own network. The camera reads the sticker and the page opens in the browser the patron already has. There is nothing to install or update, and nothing about the patron is left on the phone.

04Why is there no list of venues on this site?

Because publishing where the figures can be seen would take them outside the room. The venue decides what its patrons are told and how. This site describes the product to venues; it does not market gaming to the public.

05Do you take member or player data?

Never. There is no login, no card and nothing that identifies a person. The box reads machine figures only. The phone keeps just its screen settings and the time it arrived, so the break reminder still counts between machines.

06What if the figures are wrong?

Every morning the box checks each machine against your own report and names any that do not match. The display switches on only after three days in a row of clean matches, and the record is kept for an inspector.

07What does it cost?

It depends on the size of the room and whether you want the patron display, the reconciliation reports, or both. Get in touch and we will put a figure in writing for your venue.
